Root Letter

You are a man in search of his lost friend, a onetime pen pal named Aya Fumino. It's been 15 years since she wrote you, but she hasn't left your mind. The mystery only deepens when you receive her final letter that reads, "I've killed someone. I must compensate for my sins. This is farewell. Goodbye." The key to solving the mystery lies in the letters and photographs that are all you have left of Aya as well as the memories of her friends. It's a twisted tale where nothing is quite what it seems.
