The TMNTs are back with another over-the-top action fest. The mean, green teens are once again facing off against their arch nemesis, Shredder, who has broken out of police custody. This time, though, he has help. Krang, a brain-like creature that lives in a robot's stomach, aims to help Shredder enslave all humans. But the greatest threat to the turtles might be from within. TMNT leader Leonardo and hotheaded Raphael are at each other's throats, and the tension could break up the squad forever. Meanwhile, April O'Neil tries to convince the authorities that the turtles are the good guys, even though they look like monsters. Like its main characters, the film never takes itself too seriously. It's just a totally fun ride. Cowabunga, dude!
